Refund Policy

The consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

Consequences of return & return form

 You have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. 

 The revocation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last item.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. 

 In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 

 A Consequences of return

If you revoke this contract, we will pay you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (plus any additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen another type of delivery than the cheapest available standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the cancellation date on which the cancellation is received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; No fees will be charged for this refund under any circumstances. We may refuse to return the goods until we have received them back or until you have provided proof of your return, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of 30 days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

 You shall only be liable for the loss in value of the goods that is due to handling other than that required to determine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
